Defining the Problem:
Based on the insights from our research, we identified the following key user problems:
Lack of Visual Appeal: The existing website failed to capture the essence and beauty of the equestrian center, which could be a significant draw for prospective clients.
Complex Navigation: Information was hard to find, especially for users who were new to equestrian activities and wanted clear guidance.
Booking & Contact Flow: The booking system was not integrated into the website, and users had to make phone calls or emails to inquire about services, leading to a poor user experience.

Design Process:
Information Architecture (IA):
Home Page: An inviting, visually appealing introduction to the center, with easy access to all main sections.
Services: Clear breakdown of all offered services, including riding lessons, boarding, training, and event hosting.
Facilities: Detailed descriptions of the center’s amenities with high-quality images and an interactive tour.
Events & Competitions: A dynamic calendar displaying upcoming events, with options for online registration.
Contact: Easy-to-use contact form, location map, and clear CTAs for inquiries and bookings.
